Seven different chiles are infused into raw honey to give you a very healthy version of this popular condiment. We don't skimp on chiles because our honey is premium grade. Our custom blend starts with Gochugaru, bell pepper, Urfa biber, Aleppo, Aji Amarillo and crushed Arbol chiles. The second infusion is with chipotle flakes. This honey is medium to hot. It works well with beef but also in chocolate. It's equally at home with brisket but also hot chocolate or cocktails.
