Seven different chiles are infused into raw honey to give you a very healthy version of this popular condiment. We don't skimp on chiles because our honey is premium grade. Our custom blend starts with Gochugaru, bell pepper, Urfa biber, Aleppo, Aji Amarillo and crushed Arbol chiles. The second infusion is with serrano flakes. This honey is hot. It works well with pork. It's equally at home with Boston butt, but also in cocktails.
